Police searching for missing 13-year-old Wayland girl

Wayland Police are looking for a 13-year-old girl last seen Friday night at South Station in Boston, authorities said in a statement.

Alexandra M. Loftis, also known as “Allie,” is described by police as biracial, of white and African-American parents, with brown hair put up in a bun, brown eyes, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and 130 pounds.

She was last seen Friday around 6:30 p.m. boarding a bus to New York City at South Station, police said in a statement.

The teenager was wearing a hip-length black jacket with a gray, fur-trimmed hood, black UGG boots, and jeans, police said. She was also carrying a blue/gray backpack.

Police said she had a knee injury and was walking with the aid of one aluminum crutch.

Foul play is not suspected at the time and the case is considered a runaway, police said.
