Christian Bergren-Aragon is relentless. By hook or by crook _ or sheer determination _ the Emerson College sophomore hopes to be on Friday’s TODAY show, which will be broadcast live from Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

Bergren-Aragon’s campaign is a combination of new school and old school: hashtagging at #ChristianBAonToday and handing out business cards to Emerson students and locals on the streets. “It has been awesome, and a crazy experience to keep up with,” he says, referring to the response. “I am consistently retweeting, following and hashtagging in between meetings and classes. It’s a full-time job!”

Hosts Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie will start taping at 6:30 a.m. from the Upper Rotunda and the West End of Faneuil Hall. And even if Bergren-Aragon doesn’t get his wish, our very own Dropkick Murphys will drop by to perform.
