Relax, that ruckus on Utica Street wasn’t real and there were no arrests. Monday was just the final day of filming for “Skinheads in Love,” and director Dirk Craft was shooting a particularly rough fight scene. According to producer Chris Petit, the film, which is based on a comic by Bob Fingerman, is a “punk rock sex comedy” about rival New York rockers in the ’90s.
