The jewelry manufacturer Alex and Ani is marking its move to a new headquarters in Cranston with a visit by one of Rhode Island’s congressmen.

Alex and Ani will welcome Rep. James Langevin to its new space in the Chapel View complex this morning. The Democrat plans to tour the facility and discuss the company’s role in the state’s economy.

Langevin’s office says the fast-growing firm has hired over 200 people in the last two years.

Alex and Ani is expected to expand further in the new space.
