Mitt Romney makes media rounds tonight
If you turn on your television tonight, there’s a good chance Mitt Romney will be on it.
Continuing his significant uptick in media appearances, the former Massachusetts governor is spending the day in New York, doing a series of interviews that will air tonight during prime time.
First, Romney will enter the “no spin zone” on Bill O’Reilly’s show on Fox News, which airs at 8 p.m.
Romney will later appear on CBS’s “Late Show with David Letterman,” reading the top 10 list (despite Romney’s penchant for puns, and the dry wit of some on his staff, the list will be written by Letterman’s crew). It will be Romney’s third time on Letterman, which begins at 11:35 p.m.
When he appeared in February, he read the top 10 “Things you don’t know about Mitt Romney.” The list included: I’m the guy in the photo that comes with your picture frame; Mitt is short for Mitt-thew; and Oprah is my half-sister.
Tonight, Romney is also sitting around the round table with Charlie Rose. The PBS interview, which airs at 11, will last 40 minutes.
For those not wanting to stay up late, just wait. Romney is also scheduled to be on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” which starts at 6 a.m. tomorrow.
