The Charles Hotel is pleased to host the 19th season of its nationally acclaimed Jazz Festival. The Festival runs from JANUARY 29 to MAY 24, 2003 at the "Diva" of Boston's jazz clubs, The Regattabar.
The annual Regattabar Jazz Festival is Boston's most distinguished and comprehensive line-up of jazz artists who continue to make their mark in the world of jazz.
The 2003 Jazz Festival kicks off on January 29th with the legendary drummer Elvin Jones and his Jazz Machine. Also scheduled to appear during this four-month festival are Irma Thomas, The Charles Mingus Big Band, Dave Brubeck, Sonny Rollins, Dave Holland, Eddie Palmieri, and many more.
