April 22, 2008

A little over a week ago, Boston Poet Laureate Sam Cornish spoke as part of a poetry marathon at the Boston Public Library. If you missed him, you have another chance to see him tonight at the Cambridge Public Library in Central Square. Cornish will appear with Cambridge Poet Populist Peter Payack, who keeps a list of "sex tips for poets" on his website. We like tip No. 8: "If you find a man who not only has, but knows how to use didactic pentameter, hold onto him!" 7 p.m. Free. Cambridge Public Library, 45 Pearl St., Cambridge. 617-744-6034. cambridgearts council.org
