Well, actually the game is not without the uber-spy, just without the likeness of actor Matt Damon who gave the character so much believability on screen. (Hence the title, which emphasizes the franchise's origin in the 1980 thriller by Robert Ludlum.) Reportedly, Damon declined to be involved due to the game's violence although he showed no such reticence as the celluloid Bourne. But if you want to get your virtual hands dirty with fistfights and gun battles, this Bourne's for you.
