"Since My Last Confession" is federal prosecutor and romance writer Scott Pomfret's "Roger & Me," with Pomfret playing Michael Moore and Cardinal Sean O'Malley as Roger Smith. Pomfret followed O'Malley around trying to change his mind on the gay marriage issue, and "Confession" is the story of what he discovered about being gay and Catholic along the way. Pomfret will read from his book today at Borders' School Street location as part of Boston Pride Week, which continues through Saturday. 1 p.m. Free.
