No fear

Posted by David Mehegan August 25, 2008 11:36 AM

As predicted below, someone has agreed to move toward publication of "The Jewel of Media," the novel by American Sherry Jones, which was cancelled by Random House for fear of violent repercussions from persons offended by the book's portrayal of the prophet Mohammed.

The Danish online news site jp.dk reports that Danish publisher's association Trykkeselskabet has approved publication of the book in Denmark. It's not clear from this story whether it will actually happen, but it seems to be a step closer.
