Pazzo Books

1898A Centre St., West Roxbury
617-323-2919
www.pazzobooks.com

While Pazzo does offer a book buying program for store credit or cash, they've also opened up their shop to any number of trade-in items as part of their bartering program. Among the wares they've received in exchange for books? A coffeemaker, apples, and the store signs shown here. The store has a wide selection of contemporary fiction and children’s books as well as 18th and 19th century Americana, with prices that range anywhere from $2 for the smallest paperbacks to $12 for most hardcovers.

Tues - Sat 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Sun noon - 5 p.m.
