Actress Leah Remini (left, with former ‘The Talk’ co-star Sara Gilbert) has been open about practicing Scientology, and even batted away rumors that she was trying to convert her pal Jennifer Lopez.

Remini once responded to the controversy around the religion to CNN in 2003, saying, “I can see how people might trip out about it. But I’ve been doing it for so long.”
