‘Girls’
In its first season, “Girls” has managed to gain a vast amount of acclaim and a strong dosage of criticism. It’s the show that many have been buzzing about for months, and it won’t be a surprise to many that it bagged a nomination.
Unfortunately, current small-screen darling Lena Dunham doesn’t have any local connections to New England, but the three other girls on her show all do.
