PSY’s ‘Gangnam Style’

PSY was virtually unheard of in the United States before 2012, but the South Korean rapper’s “Gangnam Style” splash was heard around the world—and the hit reached the one billion-view mark on Dec. 21. He danced his way into the hearts of nightclubs and celebrities, like one current TV personality who tweeted that she wanted to learn his famous choreography.
