Carrie Sunde

Carrie Sunde was named Miss Cambridge 2013. A current resident of Charlestown and a student at Syracuse University working toward her bachelor of science in public relations, Carrie was born in China and was adopted at the age of 1½. Not knowing what her future held, Carrie is grateful for what her new life has and continues to offers her. Carrie feels that it is her duty to give back to the community. Through her platform “Lend A Helping Hand,” she wants others to be able to obtain all the benefits of living a successful life by promoting volunteerism in the community. Carrie will perform a contemporary dance piece that portrays the emotions of being free, moving on, and letting go.
