There was no mention of conscious uncoupling in Gwyneth Paltrow’s post to Goop’s journal on Friday morning, but there was mention of her husband, Chris Martin — or at least his initials.

Three days after Paltrow sent shockwaves through Hollywood by announcing her permanent separation from Coldplay’s frontman, Paltrow posted a short, sweet entry called “One Bird, Three Meals.” It’s not a cryptic message about her marriage, but rather a description of what you can find in Goop’s latest issue: “three delicious chicken recipes” in honor of her and someone else’s (she says “our”) grandmothers, who taught her not to waste food.

At the end of the entry she thanks her readers for supporting her and “CM” with a little heart at the end of the sentence. Check out the message in its entirety on Goop’s website.

Not everyone has been supportive of the recent “Glee” guest star, though. Mackenzie Dawson penned an open letter to Paltrow in the New York Post yesterday, slamming the actress with all kinds of sarcasm for her recent comments to E! News about the difficulty of being an actress and a mom.

“I think it’s different when you have an office job, because it’s routine and, you know, you can do all the stuff in the morning and then you come home in the evening,” Paltrow told E! “I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as, of course there are challenges, but it’s not like being on set.”
