From morning show hosts to former football stars, a number of famous faces will be running in this year’s Boston Marathon. Check out which celebrities will be joining the thousands of runners on Marathon Monday.

“Today” show co-host Natalie Morales is set to run in this year’s event, which will be her first marathon in eight years. Morales, an avid runner, has participated in five marathons, including three New York Marathons.
Reason for running: The 41-year-old mother of two is running to raise money for The One Fund and the Challenged Athletes Foundation, in honor of the victims of last year’s bombing. Next
Former Patriots linebacker Tedy Bruschi will be lining up with the rest of this year’s runners on Marathon Monday. The three-time Super Bowl champion previously ran the 2012 Boston Marathon.
Reason for running: As a Patriots legend, Bruschi has developed deep roots with the city. He’ll be running this year’s marathon as a part of “Tedy’s Team,” a group of runners assembled by Bruschi to raise money for the American Stroke Association. “I told my runners that in 2014 I’d run and we’d all finish together,” the former football star told Runners World. “I know that they’ll be reliving all of it on Marathon Monday. And instead of performing the spokesman/support role, I want to go out there and be there for them and the rest of the city.” Next

Reason for running: As the executive director of the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation, Jim is running this year’s race to raise $100,000 for Boston Inner-City youth and the Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester. Next
Former Patriots cheerleader Susan Hurley (center) is set to run on Marathon Monday.
Reason for running: As the founder and owner of CharityTeams, Hurley will be joining her group of 310 runners as they raise funds for the organization, which assists charities with athletic fundraising opportunities. Next
The New Kids on the Block singer will be lacing up his running shoes once again for this year’s marathon. He previously ran in last year’s Boston Marathon.
Reason for running: The pop singer is running to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association, as his mother has been diagnosed with the disease. At last year’s marathon, McIntyre raised over $40,000 for the organization. Next
Phantom Gourmet CEO Dave Andelman (right) will be lining up for this year’s Boston Marathon.
Reason for running Andelman is running in this year’s race to raise money for the Greg Hill Foundation. The organization uses funds to improve the lives of local families touched by tragedy. Next
Mix 104.1 radio host Kennedy Elsey (right) is set to take part in this year’s race. Elsey previously ran the Boston Marathon in 2012 and 2013.
Reason for running: The radio personality is running to raise money for the Boston Children’s Hospital. Elsey has already surpassed her fundraising goal of $10,401 by raising $13,187.61 through online donations.
