Actor Kevin Spacey has installed an ''autograph" flap at London's Old Vic Theatre, so he can meet and greet fans after performances. Since becoming artistic director at the historic venue, Spacey has drawn huge crowds to watch his plays. They've grown so large that he's fitted a contraption that allows him to reach out and grab programs and scraps of paper to sign without greeting fans in person.

Rapper Beanie Sigel, whose music frequently glamorizes a criminal lifestyle, spent about an hour in jail yesterday after a judge ruled he had to pay $26,000 in child support and $2,000 in fines. A Philadelphia Family Court judge sentenced Sigel, 31, to six months in prison, but said the rapper could get out if he paid the money to his children by two different mothers.Beatle serenade in space

Kathy Cash, one of Johnny Cash's five children, was so bothered by how her mother is portrayed in the new movie ''Walk the Line" that she walked out of a family-only screening five times. She actually thinks the movie, which opens Nov. 18, is good. But she says the film unfairly shows her mother, Cash's first wife Vivian Liberto Distin (played by Ginnifer Goodwin), as a shrew. Leonardo DiCaprio may star in a film based on Malcolm Gladwell's nonfiction bestseller ''Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking."
