Scientology ceremony for Cruise?

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes will probably wed tomorrow in a Scientology ceremony held at a 15th-century Italian castle in a lakeside town near Rome, the town's mayor said yesterday. The wedding party, along with guests, is then expected to attend a banquet the same day in Rome, Bracciano Mayor Patrizia Riccioni said. For weeks rumors have focused on Odescalchi Castle in the sleepy town of Bracciano as the likely venue for the wedding. Riccioni told a news conference yesterday she had met the couple the day before but she would not say where. She said she expected the couple to arrive tomorrow morning at the castle, which overlooks Lake Bracciano, for what she believed would be a Scientology wedding ceremony, followed by a banquet. Cruise, 44, star of the "Mission: Impossible" films, and Holmes, 27, have been staying at a luxury hotel near the Spanish Steps in Rome. They were photographed yesterday with their infant daughter, Suri, as they walked to a restaurant in the city. The area immediately surrounding Nino restaurant was cordoned off . Those spotted at the restaurant included director J.J. Abrams, Brooke Shields , and Jennifer Lopez, and Lopez's husband, Marc Anthony.

Angelina Jolie's bodyguards allegedly roughed up parents and students at a school in Mumbai, India, where she was filming scenes for her new movie, "A Mighty Heart," witnesses said. The fracas began when the gates of the Anjuman-e-Islam school, which had been locked during filming yesterday , were opened to let the parents pick up their children. "This Jolie's bodyguard called one parent, 'You bloody Indian,' " said Mohammed Yusuf Patni, general secretary of the school's Parent Teacher Association. "Children were pushed around."
