Dennis Quaid and wife Kimberly Buffington sued the makers of Heparin yesterday after their newborn twins Zoe Grace and Thomas Boone were inadvertently given massive doses of the blood thinner at a hospital. The twins are listed in stable condition. The product liability lawsuit seeks at least $50,000 in damages. It claims that Baxter Healthcare Corp., based in Illinois, was negligent in packaging different doses in similar vials with blue backgrounds and failing to recall them after three Indianapolis infants died from overdoses last year. Embattled songstress Amy Winehouse was photographed in nothing more than a bra and blue jeans wandering outside of her London home before dawn on Sunday. But according to her rep, her disheveled look wasn't due to a night of hard partying, but rather an apparent case of bed head. "She was not on an all-night bender," her UK rep told People.
