Kate Bosworth is the new face of Calvin Klein Jeans.
The 'Superman Returns' actress was chosen for her "clean, pure and simple all-American" look it was revealed yesterday (14.01.08).
Kate, 25, said: "To be featured in a Calvin Klein Jeans campaign, with its history of iconic imagery, is very exciting for me."
Senior vice president of Calvin Klein Malcolm Carfrae said: "She's so loyal. After the show, she came and met with virtually everyone at Calvin Klein."
This is the first international campaign for Kate - who has previously modelled for Chinese label Coach.
However, she has previously confessed she doesn't enjoy posing for pictures.
Kate revealed: "It's funny, I definitely feel much more uncomfortable modelling because it's not something I know how to do.
"When I act, I'm not aware of the camera - I'm just there with the actor in that moment. As a model, you're very aware of the camera."
Kate is currently filming '21' and is due to appear in the February issue of US Vogue. Her Calvin Klein campaign will also be launched in February.
