We're glad the weather was nice when Manny Ramirez stopped by the Franciscan Hospital for Children in Brighton on Saturday. The Red Sox slugger was there to officially hand over his custom 1967 Lincoln Continental convertible that he's offering up on eBay to benefit the hospital.
