Drew Barrymore is proud of her "crazy" family.

The 'Charlie's Angels' actress - who shot to fame at the age of seven playing the role of Gertie in 'E.T.' - admired her Hollywood dynasty family's positive outlook on life.

Drew - whose father and grandfather, both called John, were famous actors - said: "Maybe they were crazy, but they were talented and they were interesting and they were passionate about life. I'm proud I come from that circus."

Despite becoming one of the world's highest paid actresses, Drew admits her true passion lies behind the camera.

She said: "Photography has been my secret hobby and passion for years now."

The 33-year-old star also admits she is keen to convince her 'Charlie's Angels' co-stars Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu to star in a third instalment of the successful franchise.

She added to America's Vogue magazine: "I'm dying to do a third. Cameron, Lucy and I talk about it all the time."
