'Speed Racer' star Christina Ricci doesn't have a car.

Although the actress stars in new high-octane racing movie 'Speed Racer', she doesn't own her own automobile and hates driving too quickly.

Ricci said: "I did drive a Porsche 911 but the lease ran out. I appreciate fast cars a lot, but I don't like to drive that fast."

When the actress is behind the wheel, Ricci - who plays love interest Trixie in 'Speed Racer' - revealed there is one record she can't get out of her head.

She said: "I'm obsessed with the Calvin Harris album at the moment."

The 28-year-old star, who was recently in the UK promoting 'Speed Racer', admits that while she loves London she won't be appearing onstage in the West End.

She said: "I've just shot another movie here and I always have great time shooting here, but I prefer being a movie actress."

'Speed Racer' opens across Europe this summer.
