Kelly trial goes to jury

Jurors began deliberating in R. Kelly's child pornography trial yesterday with the graphic sex tape at the center of the case fresh in their minds. Prosecutors replayed the video during closing arguments, while defense attorneys reiterated that it's neither Kelly nor the person the state says was the underage girl - now a 23-year-old woman - on the tape. For three weeks jurors have heard family members of the alleged victim, coaches, forensics experts, and others testify as to their identities. While the tape rolled for a second time - the first was during opening statements - prosecutors told jurors that Kelly controlled the encounter with the female, who was as young as 13 at the time. Kelly, 41, denies that the man in the video is him. He has pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography. (AP)

Suit cites harassment
A sexual harassment lawsuit against radio personality Wendy Williams claims her husband dominated her workplace, physically abused her, and repeatedly propositioned an employee. The lawsuit, brought by talent booker and publicist Nicole Spence, also names Kevin Hunter, who is the disc jockey's husband and manager, and Inner City Broadcast Corp., which is the DJ's boss. Williams and Hunter have denied the allegations. Williams's radio show, "The Wendy Williams Experience," is featured in a VH1 show of the same name and is syndicated on radio stations around the country. (AP)

Foxx and stylist settle
Jamie Foxx has apparently reached a settlement with a former stylist who sued him. Documents filed in Los Angeles show that attorneys for stylist Stacy Young and Foxx have reached an undisclosed agreement. Young helped Foxx primp for the 2006 BET Awards and a press junket for the film "Miami Vice." Her lawsuit claimed that she was never paid for the work. (AP)
