Reviewing the tape

Police in Louisiana said they have video of a bar brawl in which members of a crew filming an Oliver Stone movie - including actors Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright - were arrested. Shreveport Police Chief Henry Whitehorn said he is reviewing the case and will submit it to the city prosecutor's office, which will decide whether to proceed with charges. Police said they have video from patrol car cameras and audio from officers' microphones but would not elaborate on their contents. Police said they were called to a club after a crew member from the movie "W." caused a disturbance. (AP)

Probation for Farina
Actor Dennis Farina was sentenced to two years probation yesterday after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors for carrying a loaded handgun into Los Angeles International Airport in May. Farina, 64, a former cop who played a New York detective on the television crime series "Law & Order," was also ordered to pay $1,991 in fines and penalties. The actor pleaded no contest to carrying a weapon into a secure area of an airport. Other charges of possessing a concealed weapon and carrying a loaded weapon in a public place were dismissed. Heigl stays

Katherine Heigl (right) is sticking with "Grey's Anatomy" despite voicing displeasure about last season's script quality, the network's programming chief said. Heigl's previous comments raised speculation that she might want to leave the ABC medical drama - rumors that ABC Entertainment president Stephen McPherson sought to dispel. "She's absolutely staying with the show," he said. (AP)
