Uma Thurman is reportedly pregnant.

The 'Kill Bill' actress, who got engaged to Swiss businessman Arpad Busson earlier this year, has fuelled rumours she is expecting a baby after she allegedly asked her assistant to buy several larger-sized dresses from US fashion label Tricky Threads in Santa Monica.

A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "The dresses were all two sizes larger than she usually orders."

Uma has been dogged by rumours she is expecting after she was photographed in a bikini with a more rounded stomach than usual in July, while on holiday in Corsica with Arpad.

The 38-year-old actress - who has daughter Maya, 10, and six-year-old son Levon with ex-husband Ethan Hawke - has made no secret of her desire to expand her brood.

Uma said: "I'd really like more children. I went and asked the doctor and she said there's still time."

The star also revealed she won't need to buy any more baby products if she falls pregnant again.

She said: "I still have the baby beakers from last time!"

Uma and Arpad celebrated their engagement with a series of parties earlier this year.

They held an intimate gathering for friends and family at Uma's New York apartment in July, celebrated in Saint-Tropez, France, and held another party in London, England, where Arpad is based.
