An official with a Bahamian funeral home said yesterday that Jett Travolta's death certificate says he was killed by a seizure. Glen Campbell, assistant director of the funeral home handling the remains of John Travolta's 16-year-old son, said the body shows no sign of head trauma. Police officials have said the teen may have hit his head on a bathtub. Doctors conducted an autopsy yesterday, but authorities did not immediately disclose the results. Jett Travolta had a history of seizures and was found unconscious in a bathroom Friday at a family vacation home. Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston, have said that Jett became very sick when he was 2 years old and was diagnosed with Kawasaki syndrome, an illness that leads to inflamed blood vessels in young children.
