"American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert has landed the cover of Rolling Stone magazine, where he talks about sex, drugs, and his "Idol" experiences. Lambert, 27, acknowledges in the interview that he's gay. "I'm proud of my sexuality," he says. "I embrace it. It's just another part of me." Lambert says he was inspired to audition for the Fox network competition after having a "psychedelic experience" at the Burning Man festival in Nevada, where he experimented with "certain funguses." Case settled
The "Real Housewives of New York City" cast member accused of punching her ex-boyfriend has reached an agreement in the case. Model Kelly Killoren Bensimon was arrested in March after Nicholas Stefanov told police she had struck him. Stefanov said he suffered a black eye, a busted lip, and a bloodied cheek. As part of the agreement, the assault charge will be dropped if Bensimon, 40, stays out of trouble for a year. She must perform two days of community service. (AP)Cole's comeback

A Toni Braxton impersonator was acquitted yesterday of trying to fool paying customers in Suriname into thinking she's the real thing. The judge said it wasn't clear whether Trina Johnson-Finn knew that concert-goers had been led to believe she was Braxton. The Las Vegas entertainer had spent three months in jail awaiting a verdict. A crowd of 3,000 people pelted Johnson-Finn with beer cans and booed her offstage in February when they realized she was not the six-time Grammy winner. (AP)Singer hospitalized
New Orleans blues singer Marva Wright has been hospitalized after a stroke. Relatives say Wright, 61, had just finished her regular gig at the CoCo Club early Saturday when paramedics were called because she wasn't feeling well and had slurred speech. Wright's daughter, Gerry McKey, said yesterday that her mother remains in a hospital with limited movement on her right side. McKey said her mother has diabetes and high blood pressure and suffered a less severe stroke three weeks ago. (AP)Brothers seek retrial
Two brothers convicted of a quadruple killing that inspired the Sean Penn film "At Close Range" want a new trial because of a recent book about the case. Norman and David Johnston filed motions last month claiming that the book "Jailing the Johnston Gang" contains new details that would have helped them at trial. They were convicted in 1980 of killing four teens to cover up a multimillion-dollar burglary ring in southeastern Pennsylvania. (AP)Swing
