Comedian Steve Harvey is joining “Good Morning America’’ for reports on family and relationship topics. His first segment is scheduled for tomorrow’s broadcast. Pop star Lady Gaga said she is toning down her provocative image during her first trip to Israel and is excited about seeing “sacred and holy’’ Jerusalem. The songstress born Stefani Germanotta said her visit to Jerusalem will be “an emotional and spiritual experience.’’ She plans to swim in the Dead Sea. At a press conference yesterday, Lady Gaga covered her skimpy top with a black leather jacket emblazoned with a Star of David made of silver spikes.
