Actor Randy Quaid and his wife have been arrested in Texas for investigation of skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill in California. Presidio County officials said yesterday that Quaid and wife Evi were in custody in the town of Marfa. The felony warrant is for burglary, defrauding an innkeeper, and conspiracy. (AP)
