A judge ordered sheriff’s deputies to take the estranged wife of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade into custody after she failed to show up for a divorce hearing in Chicago yesterday. Siohvaughn Wade will have to post $10,000 bond to be released. The sheriff’s department couldn’t immediately say when the order would be carried out. Judge Marya Nega said she was tired of a pattern of behavior by Siohvaughn Wade.

Walters faces surgery
Barbara Walters said yesterday she will have surgery to replace a faulty heart valve this week and take the summer off from “The View’’ to recuperate. Walters, 80, said she’s known about her condition for a while, and decided with her doctors that this is the best time to have the heart surgery done.

Burglary case settled
Alexis Neiers, a reality star accused of burglarizing Orlando Bloom’s house, pleaded no contest yesterday to felony burglary and was sentenced to up to six months in county jail after reaching a deal with prosecutors.
