The Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston celebrated Sandra Edgerley’s tenure as board chairwoman, and ushered in new chair Jonathan Davis at their 116th annual meeting Thursday at the Westin Copley Place Boston. Attendees included past and present board members including Robert and Myra Kraft, Ray Monkiewicz of Kayem Foods, and Daniel Kramer of Neiman Marcus. Most of the crowd stayed around for the Yawkey Club of Roxbury Centennial Gala to celebrate a century of service for families in the community. State Street exec George Russell, a Boys & Girls Club alum, spoke about the role the group played in his youth in Roxbury.
