What would loyal Justin Bieber fans do for a chance to meet the teen pop star? At the very least, they’d sing. Yesterday the CambridgeSide Galleria was crowded with Bieber fans who competed for the chance to win a trip to the Los Angeles premiere of the Bieber-centered concert film “Never Say Never.’’ (Bieber, presumably, will be at the premiere.) Fifty contestants between the ages of 13 and 17 were given the chance to compete. The winner was Sabrina Marzouki, 14, of Allston.
