New England Revolution fan Suzie MacDonald got a surprise visit yesterday from Revs midfielder Chris Tierney, who hand-delivered her season tickets. MacDonald, 10, won the one-on-one with Tierney through an online contest that asked people to explain via video why they’re the biggest Revs fan around. MacDonald told us yesterday that she was shocked to see Tierney at the door of her home in Milford and that he was cool enough to stay for about 45 minutes to play FIFA 2011. “He beat me,’’ she said of the impromptu video game battle. Curtis and Veronica Burke, the other winners of the ticket contest, were scheduled to be visited yesterday by midfielder Marko Perovic.
