Lizz Winstead is rarely at a loss for words, as anyone who follows her on Twitter knows. The former head writer - and co-creator - of “The Daily Show’’ has a lot to say, and most of it’s funny. Her wit and wisdom will be on display tonight at the Coolidge Corner Theatre in a benefit for Planned Parenthood. (She calls the tour supporting women’s reproductive health “the smear campaign.’’) Winstead is happy so many people tune into Jon Stewart’s nightly news show, but she worries what that says about the rest of the media. “It’s fascinating and sad, actually,’’ says Winstead. “The networks are, like, ‘Hey, maybe we should be funnier.’ And I’m, like, no, maybe you should do some reporting.’’
