About 300 people - including Pinkberry developer Trippe Lonian, “101 Things I Hate About Your House’’ author James Swan, Boston first lady Angela Menino, and Patrick McGinley from Mizu - celebrated the opening of the Boylston Street restaurant Forum on Tuesday night. The party doubled as a benefit for Women’s Lunch Place, and Forum owner Euz Azevedo gave the organization a check for $10,000 during the night.
