The economy might be a mess, but people are still going to nightclubs. We know this to be true because Big Night Entertainment, which owns the Estate, the new Boston restaurant Red Lantern, and the Foxwoods nightspots High Rollers, Scorpion Bar, and Shrine, has been ranked No. 4 on Inc. Magazine’s list of the top 500 fastest-growing companies. According to Inc., Big Night, owned by Ed Kane, Joe Kane, and Randy Greenstein, grew 16,000 percent in three years. We assume that the Bruins’ $150,000 bar tab at Shrine helped them get there. Inc. releases its full 500 list today.
