Smoking is bad for your health. Just ask Paul Pierce. Various websites reported yesterday that the Celtics captain and Timberwolves star Michael Beasley were forced to sit out a game in China because of asthma attacks caused by cigarette smoke hovering over the court. Turns out a huge percentage of Chinese men smoke - even indoors while watching the Chinese Intercontinental Club Championships, an eight-team tournament. But Pierce seemed to dispute the story. “Me and Mike had a great trip to china,’’ he tweeted, “and since when did I ever have asthma.’’
