Hometown applause for JoJo at House of Blues

Technically, Joe Jonas and Jay Sean headlined the Tuesday night show at the House of Blues (review below), but it was opener Joanna “JoJo’’ Levesque (right) who drew a pack of hometown supporters. Before the show, the Foxborough native tweeted: “Such a lovely, overcast day. My favorite weather. Threatening a storm. Boston, let’s get wicked rowdy.’’ After the gig, she posted a picture of her dad, who’s from New Hampshire. JoJo was supposed to go to Northeastern a few years ago but decided to postpone school to focus on music. Looks like it’s working for her. She plays with Jonas and Jay Sean on Saturday in Toronto.
