Pop-up restaurant guy Will Gilson, Beacon Hill Bistro chef Richmond Edes, 62 Restaurant’s Tony Bettencourt, Harvest chef Mary Dumont, Michael Leviton of Area Four and Lumiere, and William Kovel of Catalyst were some of the big names who participated in the Grilling on the Green event in Cambridge’s Technology Square over the weekend. The party benefited Chefs Collaborative, an organization dedicated to sustainable food.
