So much for no one being on the roads during the holiday weekend. Traffic was backed up in both directions downtown yesterday morning so that “R.I.P.D.,’’ the action movie starring Ryan Reynolds and Jeff Bridges, could film scenes around the Zakim Bridge. Director James Mangold also shut down the Zakim for his 2010 action movie starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, “Knight and Day.’’
