An allegation that Justin Bieber fathered a baby by a woman who has filed a paternity suit is “demonstrably false,’’ a spokeswoman for the singer said yesterday. Melissa Victor said in a statement that Bieber’s camp will “vigorously pursue all available legal remedies’’ in response to the allegation. . . . A judge yesterday sentenced Lindsay Lohan to serve 30 days in jail for a probation violation. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the actress for violating the terms of her release by being terminated from a community service assignment at a women’s shelter.
