Cape gal and former “American Idol’’ hopeful Siobhan Magnus participated in the Building Educated Leaders for Life talent show at the Castle at Park Plaza the other night. The event, which raised money for BELL programs for youngsters, paired K-8 kids with performers such as Mahgus, members of the local dance group Phunk Phenomenon, and spoken word artist . . .
