Keith Urban recovering after surgery

Less than a week after country singer Keith Urban was spotted with his wife Nicole Kidman at Massachusetts General Hospital, his spokesperson, Paul Freundlich , has told Reuters that Urban is doing well after surgery. Urban, who ran into John Mayer while he was at MGH last week, has explained to fans that the surgery was scheduled to remove a polyp near his vocal cords.
