Shelly Miller and New Hampshire’s own Kaitlyn DeRoy , two of the stars of Disney On Ice’s “Treasure Trove’’ paid a visit to patients at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund Clinic yesterday. And they cam bearing gifts: Disney On Ice is donating 100 tickets to the show, which is at TD Garden Dec. 26-29.
