When a man collapsed and started to have a seizure in Mila Kunis's home on May 5, the "Friends With Benefits" star took swift action, according to a story on TMZ. While the man, who is employed by Kunis, started seizing and coughing up blood, the actress turned him onto his side and had a friend call 911.

Kunis isn't the first celebrity to channel her inner superhero though. On April 24, "Grey's Anatomy" actor Patrick Dempsey pried a man from his car when the vehicle crashed outside his home. Also on the list of heroic celebs are Dustin Hoffman, who helped a London jogger suffering from cardiac arrest back in April, and Ryan Gosling, who famously pushed a woman out of the way of a taxi last month.
