Speaking of upcoming shows, E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" returns on May 20, which means the Kardashian clan is doing the media circuit to preview the season. And what's another season of the hit reality show without another hotly-scrutinized-anticipated Kim romance? Viewers clearly wouldn't know what to do with themselves after watching the lightning-speed rollercoaster courtship-marriage-split with NBA player Kris Humphries. So ... this brings us to Kanye West. Yes, Kim and Kanye are a new duo, and Kim is now talking about her latest relationship and her reality show, telling "The Insider":

"I mean it's definitely intense. I think that after falling in love in my last relationship, and being so open and sharing myself so much and then when it didn't work out for me, following my heart, but then that might not have been what the media wanted for me. I think being on that other end of that criticism -- getting all that scrutiny -- I think I would be a fool to really share so much of my new relationship."

So will Kanye show up on "Keeping Up"? But of course, dolls!

gaga.jpgIn other news ... Lady Gaga has been banned from Indonesia after Islamic protests about her provocative performances and outfits. The songstress was scheduled to play a sold-out show in Jakarta next month.

Rocker Bret Michaels, who hit his head on a piece of the set after giving a performance at the 2009 Tony Awards, has settled his suit against the awards show and CBS Broadcasting. The Poison frontman claimed the incident caused him to have a brain hemorrhage, and the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Speaking of rock, Tom Cruise (yes, we said Tom Cruise) channels his inner rock star for the summer film "Rock of Ages." People magazine shares a clip of the 49-year-old actor singing Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me."

"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland, who plays Haley Dunphy on the ABC comedy, revealed she underwent a kidney transplant. The 21-year-old actress told ABC's "Good Morning America" that she had the surgery in April (the segment aired yesterday).

New mom and singing fashionista Jessica Simpson is designing clothes for moms-to-be. Simpson gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson on May 1, and announced Monday a partnership between Camuto Group, the master licensee behind her label, and retailer Destination Maternity.

With all this tanning talk lately, there's more. "Jersey Shore" star Snooki has given up tanning while pregnant.

Stay tuned for ... "Dancing With the Stars" elimination news tonight on ABC. And the Cannes Film Festival starts tomorrow. We'll bring you the latest star sightings at the annual destination in France.
