Tensions appeared to have been high between Rihannaís ex-beau Chris Brown and the entourage of her sometime music collaborator Drake at a New York City club last night, according to reports.

Brown was quick to tweet a picture of a gash on his chin after an alleged brawl broke out between his entourage and Drakeís crew at W.i.P. nightclub in Manhattan on June 13. Judging by Brown's tweet, something went down, however, details remain unclear.
"Chris, [model] Karrueche [Tran] and his friends were victims of a brutal attack last night at W.i.P. They sustained several injuries. Chris and his party are cooperating with NY authorities who are pursuing this incident further," Brown's rep told E! News.
Meanwhile, Drake's rep maintained that the superstar rapper wasn't even involved in any of the drama, saying, "Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property."
A source told E! News that Drake confronted Brown outside of the establishment, and that someone in Drizzy's entourage chucked a bottle at Brown. TMZ reports, however, that Meek Mill, a rapper Drake was hanging out with, began yelling things at Brown inside the club's VIP section. Yelling turned into shoving between the two crews, and soon bottles and punches were being thrown.
An eyewitness at the club told E! about the scene outside the venue.
"I didn't see the fight, but the first person to come out was Chris Brown," Jim Ruscingno said. "He rushed out of the club and his security guard was bloody. Then Meek Mill came out laughing and joking around. Then Drake came out and he looked heated, like he was looking for someone. At first, everyone outside the club didn't know what was happening."
