It's graduation season, and Ryan Gosling recently supported a very important graduate in his life: his mom. The "Drive" actor took his girlfriend, Eva Mendes, to his mom's graduation from Brock University in Ontario, Canada on June 6. Gosling's mother received a bachelor of education degree. Check out footage of the superstar at his mom's big day.

Also getting in some quality family time is Matt Damon. The locally bred Oscar winner and his father, Kent, attended a Mass General Hospital fundraiser on Thursday evening, where Matt served as emcee. Check out more celebrities in Boston.

Jessica Simpson was spotted out and about for the first time since the birth of her daughter, Maxwell Drew, on May 1. The new mom was headed to the gym, presumably to shed some of the baby weight, since she has a new partnership with Weight Watchers.

Katy Perry surprised a theater full of fans in London expecting to see a screening of her new film, "Katy Perry: Part of Me," by unexpectedly turning up to hang with theatergoers and even serve up some popcorn.
